Today is a new day.

Many blessings to come our way.
Many reasons to enjoy.
Many reasons to be thankful.
Many reasons to smile.
Many reasons to love.

Today is a gift that’s why it’s called present.

Left Alone

I can’t think of any good reason why people leave us even if we’ve shown them goodness, sincerity, trust and love as they allow them to enter our lives.

I can’t even handle the fact that they left us with no trace, words, actions and reasons why they do such things.

I’m not that kind of person that deserves to be treated that way. I have welcomed you in my life with no questions asked and now you just left without any answers or reasons. Whatever reasons there is, I just have to deal with it. Therefore, I deserve to know the reasons why, so that I can understand.
I guess this is a lesson I must learn, not to let anyone enter my life that easy. In that way, I won’t get hurt if they chose to leave.

Liebster Award, Thank YoU!

I feel honored and flattered at the same time to receive my very first award in blogging. It’s been two months since I started blogging, and I think it’s quite early to receive an award.
I want to thank Chon for the nomination. I hope I could meet you soon. 🙂

Here are the 11 questions I answered from Chon’s Blog:

  1. Best advice you can give to someone who wants to succeed.

The best advice I can give to someone in order to succeed in their endeavours is to be yourself and be true to those people who are important to you. Don’t forget to thank God and all those people who helped and inspired you to be who you are today.
  1. Beauty or Brains? Why?

I prefer brains because intelligence is a huge factor that needs to be considered in having a good life in the future. Physical beauty which is visible to the naked eye can fade overtime but inner beauty never fades but grows.
  1. If your life story will be made into a movie what would the title be?

The title will be “The Journey to a Happy Ever After”.
  1. If there is a time machine what year would you like to go back to?

  1. If there is one person you want to thank, who and why?

My mother, it is her who gave life to me, without her I will not be here answering this question.
  1. What or who inspires you?

I feel inspired each and every day that I live. To sum it all up, the things that I have and don’t have inspire me to be better every day. All those people surrounding me, family, friends, school and office colleagues, authors and God inspire me.
  1. What’s your favorite dish and why you love it?

As of the moment, my favourite dish is Creamy Carbonara Pasta. I enjoyed cooking and eating it. People who have tasted it told me that it’s good.
  1. Do you believe in life after death?

Yes, I believe in Eternity. Catholics like me believe in Eternal life in Heaven with God.
  1. Waterfalls or beach? why?

            Beach, I’m afraid of heights.
  1. What’s the first thing that comes to your mind this very moment?

I think the right question is “Who’s the first one that comes to your mind this very moment?”, my answer is CJ.
  1. When did you start blogging?

            February 4, 2015.
Here are the six blogs that I nominate for the Liebster Award:

Hadley’s Oliver (A Statistical Probability of Love @ First Sight) Reality

Maybe it’s just coincidence; we met at a much unexpected place, along the road to be exact. The second place we met was at a restaurant. The third one which has not taken place is at his father’s funeral.
If you have already read the book of Jennifer Smith, A Statistical Probability of Love at First Sight, then you have an idea of what I’m talking about.
I feel sad. I have this feeling that I need to comfort him but I can’t because he’s too far away. I’ll pray that his superiors will let him go home for the funeral.
I can feel his pain, I’m also longing to be with my father who is undergoing therapy and it’s been three months since the last time that we spend time together.
I’m hoping that I can go there to be with my father but I can’t, destiny doesn’t permit. I’ll just have to wait until May, that’s the time he’ll be allowed to go home as said by the doctor.

First of Summer

Its been a long time since I posted something on my blog. I’m quite busy doing random things, reading and a lot more.

I just recovered my energy today, and it costs me wounds that would take time to heal. After the planned activity for the Women’s Month Celebration which is the Fun Run/Walk at the Sea Side, me and my friends embarked in an unexpected journey. The journey was Hill Hiking, honestly I’ve never done anything like that before. I mean I’m used to climbing but not that kind of distance. The path is a rocky road and the sun is at its highest during the time we climbed.

I’ve got wounds,  muscle pain, bone pain, sunburns and dysmenorrhea out of this journey.  However, being at the top of the hill it is all worth it, the breath taking view, fresh air, no noise, no pollution, it was just us and nature itself.

We took the road less travelled by and it all made the difference.
